Manitoba PNP

The MPNP Online Portal is Manitoba’s centralized e-filing system for the Provincial Nominee Program. Through this secure platform, candidates and their authorized representatives can:

• Register & appoint representatives (signed use of rep form required)

• Renew or update Express Entry profiles during PNP processing

• Verify employment (may require Additional Document Requests)

• Submit proof of funds (self-support or spouse support)

• Upload Educational Credential Assessments with score explanations

• Provide a Letter of Intent, asset-and-settlement plan, and extensive proof of family or community connections (e.g., childhood photos)

• Demonstrate work-experience requirements, including 12 months’ local work for out-of-province students
